WeCureDebtAffiliates.com reserves the right to reject any website that we determine may be unsuitable for our Affiliate Program for any reason, including, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually harassing, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable content.
WeCureDebtAffiliates.com will have the right, based on our discretion, to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are in compliance with the terms of this agreement.
Affiliate members warrants and represents that they will not advertise Aggressive Marketing LLC's services by spamming or by making contact with third parties without their prior consent which may be in violation of applicable state and federal anti-spamming and/or telemarketing laws. See Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement.
We do not pay for duplicate leads, wrong or disconnected telephone numbers or phony leads.
We only accept leads with creditors within the United States of America.
As an affiliate member, you will be able to choose from a variety of graphic and textual links provided to be displayed on relevant areas of your site. These links will serve to identify your site as a member of our affiliate program and will establish a link from your site to ours.
WeCureDebtAffiliates.com will be responsible for providing all information necessary in order to allow you to make the appropriate links from your site. WeCureDebtAffiliates.com will provide you with information on the volume and amount of qualified referrals generated by your site. We reserve the right to reject any referral that we consider not acceptable. All payment of your commission checks will be only based on qualified referrals generated by your website.
QUALIFIED REFERRAL: A lead will be considered a "Qualified Referral" if a person referred from your website uses that link to apply for our services, has a minimum unsecured debt of $10,000 and remits their first two program payments.
Commission checks are sent approximately 30-45 days from the time the client enrolls into the program. You can check the status of your payments by logging into your account and checking your commissions.
By becoming a member of WeCureDebtAffiliates.com "Affiliate Program", you agree that you will cooperate fully with us to establish and maintain all links from your website in order to permit accurate tracking and reporting of your referrals. You will be responsible for ensuring that all links between our site and yours are properly formatted. We are not responsible for any link that is not properly formatted for the tracking of referrals.
You will be able to check your commission and traffic statistics on WeCureDebtAffiliates.com. You will access this site by using the password that you assigned to your account when you signed up to our affiliate program. All information provided on www.WeCureDebtAffiliates.com including sales statistics, is the property of The Credit Counceling Foundation, Inc.
You cannot create, publish, distribute, or permit any material that makes reference to us or uses our name and/or any of our trademarks without first submitting such material to us and receiving our written consent. You may not alter, modify, or change our Marks or Pre-approved Images or messagse in any way without first receiving permission from us to do so.
You hereby agree that your site will not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of our site nor will you do anything to create the impression that your site is our site or a part of our site. You also hereby agree that your site will not contain any content of our site or any materials which are proprietary to Aggressive Marketing LLC, except with our prior permission, or the materials obtained by you via the WeCureDebtAffiliates.com site in accordance with our policies and instructions.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENENT
THIS INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT entered into between Indemnitor and Aggressive Marketing LLC __ Indemnitee, whose address is 3350 N.W. 53rd St. 103, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, 33309 for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and 00/100 good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby is acknowledged
WITNESSETH:
The purpose of this Agreement is to memorialize in writing an agreement indemnifying and holding Indemnitee harmless from any claims, demands, costs and fees incurred in defending any administrative or legal proceeding before any governmental agency or any action filed by any governmental agency or third party in state or federal court.
The purpose of this Agreement is to memorialize in writing the fact that Indemnitor warrants and represents that it has not and will not advertise Indemnitee's services by spamming or by making contact with third parties without their prior consent which may be in violation of applicable state and federal anti-spamming and/or telemarketing laws. To the extent that Indemnitee incurs costs, fees and/or expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees for its attorney and/or being required to reimburse third party or governmental agency attorney’s fees, Indemnitor will reimburse Indemnitee for same.
Should suit be file to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and court costs in trial and appellate levels.
The parties agree to Broward County, Florida as the exclusive forum for the enforcement of this Agreement, notwithstanding any inconvenience to Indemnitor and/or any inconsistency in any state or federal conflict of law of principles.
The parties specifically waive trial by jury with regard to the enforcement of this Agreement on any claim and/or any counterclaim brought by any party to this Agreement.
This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end immediately when terminated by either party with a written notice of termination. If we terminate this Agreement you shall be required to remove all links within twenty-four (24) hour of receipt of said notice. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
WeCureDebtAffiliates.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions contained in this agreement at any time. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes of the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and affiliate network rules. Your continued participation in the affiliate program will constitute your binding acceptance of the changes.
